At Florence, we are committed to promoting a framework of ethical behavior for all members of our community, including talents, mentors, trainers, supras, staff members and partners.
This Code of Ethics, which complements Florence's Articles of Association, sets out the fundamental principles that guide the interactions of all the foundation's stakeholders, and provides a framework for the day-to-day decision-making involved in its activities.
In accordance with its corporate purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Florence's ethical commitments are as follows:
This Code of Ethics is a commitment by every member of the Florence community to live and promote these values in all their activities. It is the foundation of Florence's mission and a constant reminder of our responsibility to each other and to society as a whole.
Florence affirms its commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data and undertakes, as far as possible, to preserve their security, confidentiality and integrity during their collection, processing and storage. Florence collects, stores and processes such data in accordance with the legal provisions in force, and in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “RGPD”).
The processing carried out by Florence is based on the legal grounds established in the RGPD, and in particular on the foundation's legitimate interest, the data subject's consent to the processing of his or her data and the need to process personal data to comply with a legal obligation. Florence attaches great importance to the fairness and transparency of processing.
All data processing is carried out for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes. Florence may collect, process, manage and reuse data by computer. Access to information recorded in Florence's databases is strictly reserved to the foundation and, where applicable, in compliance with the RGPD, to its subcontractors.
Florence formally undertakes not to sell, transfer or rent to anyone for any reason whatsoever the personal information collected. Data is kept only as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. In accordance with the applicable regulations, all data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port and oppose the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact Florence at the following e-mail address: secretariat@fondationflorence.fr.
The Ethics Charter is signed by all Florence stakeholders, including staff members, board members, talents, mentors, trainers, supras and foundation partners.
By adhering to the Code of Ethics, everyone undertakes to respect the aforementioned ethical commitments and to contribute to creating a respectful environment.
By joining Florence, I agree to respect its ethical commitments as presented.
